Shipping Policies:
Please allow 48 business hours for your order to be processed. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order. (unless this is a pre-order item which will ship on the date noted). An email confirming your order shipment will be sent to the email address provided in the billing information section.
SWS cannont provide additonal shipping information beyond what is provided through the tracking numbers once the order is in the carrier's possession. Pleas follow the tracking provided to monitor the shipment.

I entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, can this be changed?
Please check your shipping address for accuracy before finalzing your purchase. For any reason a shipping address is incorrect, this cannot be changed and this will result in order cancellation. Customers can also opt to contact UPS once their order is in transit, and opt to have the package held for pick-up.
WHAT IF I NEVER RECEIVE MY ITEM?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an items was lost or stolen, it is your respnsiblity to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.
MY PACKAGE SHOWS IT'S STILL IN TRANSIT, CAN YOU HELP?
Once an item is in transit with, there is no action we can take to expedite the delivery process. If you believe it to be lost or stolen, its the customers responsiblity to file a claim with the shipping carrier to recieve compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.
MY PACKAGE HASN'T ARRIVED YET, CAN YOU FILE A CLAIM FOR ME?
